Files>Publish Settings
Uncheck Flash and HTML and check GIF
Go to GIF tab
bubble Animated (loop continuously)
Check: Optimize Colors, Interlace, and Smooth
Go to Transparent drop down box and select Transparent
goto Palette Type drop down box sellect Web Adaptive
Put 999 in Max Colors Box
Click Publish
